What is an Elevator Pitch?

Friday, September 26th: Pre-Hackathon Session

  • 13:30 - 15:30 Pre-Hackathon Session.

Monday, September 29th: Pre-Hackathon Help

  • 10:30 - 15:30 For more information, you can visit the **Jamk Talent Boost office** (Rajakatu 35 Main Campus, D124).

September 30th: Day 1

  • 7:40 - 9:00 Travelling to Viitasaari by bus from Jamk Dynamo Campus (Piippukatu 2, 40100 Jyväskylä).
  • 9:00 - 9:30 Introductions, morning coffee, tour of Witas Oy and Digikeskus.
  • 9:30 - 11:30 Company presentations, starting to work on the cases in the private meeting rooms of Witas Oy.
  • 11:30 - 13:15 Lunch (you can have lunch at any time during this time slot).
  • 13:15 - 15:00 Active Hackathon work.
  • 15:00 - 16:30 Startup Refugees Presentation + Workshop.
  • 16:30 - 17:40 Activities, tour of Viitasaari.
  • 17:45 - 18:30 Getting settled at the campsite.
  • 18:40 - 19:30 Dinner, free time.
  • 19:30 - 22:00 Games and evening program (Sauna, grill).
  • 22:00 Bed time.

October 1st: Day 2

  • 7:15 Wake up time.
  • 7:30 - 8:30 Breakfast/Morning prep.
  • 8:45 Leaving the camp.
  • 9:00 Arrival at the Digital Centre.
  • 9:00 - 11:30 Working with the case companies.
  • 11:30 - 12:45 Lunch.
  • 12:45 - 14:00 Presentations and pitching prep.
  • 14:00 - 16:00 Afternoon coffee + presentations.
  • 16:00 - 16:30 Conclusions and awarding.
  • 16:30 - 18:00 Optional extended city tour.
  • 18:15 - 18:30 Drive back to JKL.
  • 20:00 The bus is dropping everyone off at the Dynamo Campus.
